Happy Tuesday! I’m thrilled to share these Mohonk Mountain engagement photos with you today! Rachel and Drew chose an amazing place for a shoot – we ventured all around the grounds and got so many great photos!

How did you two meet?

Drew and I were set up by coworkers, so it was kind of a blind date (with the exception of seeing each other’s facebook pics). I was a resident and one of my attendings is married to an interior designer that works at Drew’s architecture firm.  I met Melissa (his coworker) and she asked me if I was single, because she had “the guy for me”.  Funny part is that “the guy for me” that she had in mind was not Drew, but a different coworker of hers.  John (the attending I worked with) said she should set me up with Drew.  About a week later, we went on our first date and the rest is history!

What’s something annoying but cute that each of you do?

There is only one position in which he does not snore, and he tries to fall asleep that way every night.

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in your life-after-marriage together?

Being able to build a family and achieve true freedom together

What do you both enjoy doing together with your free time?

Spending time outdoors,  sitting in front of the fire and listen to music,  cook dinner together.

What is your favorite memory together?

There are countless contenders, but I would have to say our lake dates (Our lake life in our early relationship); floating in the water with friends, rowing out to restaurants for lunch, and playing with our dog in the water,  jet skiing, kayaking. We bonded and now we have the opportunity to grow and do so many more things that create more memories.
