A great engagement session from Sunday with Megan and Colin! We were able to walk around downtown New Brunswick and then to a baseball field for a fun combo of pictures. I have to admit, I nearly jumped up and down, clapping my hands, when I first saw the tree with the pink flowers on it. Spring actually made an appearance!!

Here are some more client albums I just got in today! Take a look!

Caroline and David are an amazing couple and photographing them the first time at their engagement session was just a glimpse of how amazing their wedding was. Caroline is J’s sister (who you’ll remember most recently from Kristin and J’s Trash the Dress Session) and there was such a welcoming feeling the second Rob and I (and crew) arrived at the bride’s house in the morning.

This wedding was definitely a dream for me, great shoes (Christian Louboutins), great dress (Pnina Tornai), great light and a great couple. I think when David and Caroline truly won my heart was when we were doing the photo session and we told David to say something to Caroline to make her truly laugh. They were a good distance away from us at the time so all I heard was “It’s so FLUFFY!!”, and if you know me, you know I LOVE that line from Despicable Me. In fact, our whole crew does and it’s an ongoing joke at almost all times (to the point it’s actually Nino’s ring tone).

EnJOY these images and the slideshow below.

Check out their online gallery (proofs to come soon) with my favorite images at: http://www.pictage.com/1019937. Be sure to pre-register for this event on there so that you get a $5 credit towards a purchase!

Thrilled to let everyone know that thanks to Two Bright Lights and their amazing skills, Jessica and Jason’s engagement session has been published in The Lela New York Wedding Blog! Check out the post here: http://lelanewyork.blogspot.com/2011/03/little-italy-ny-engagement-shoot-ny.html.

Rob and I were thrilled to be interviewed by the videography world’s leading magazine, Event DV (The Authority for Event Videographers) about our approach to fusion for photographers. You can read the full article here: http://vanessajoy.com/edv_infusion_0311.pdf.
