This is a love story made from the very beginning! RyanAnn and Eric have known each other for almost their entire lives; they were Kindergarten classmates!! So we went to their old stomping grounds to start of their engagement session, which is also the spot where Eric proposed to Ryan, and ended up among the Cherry Blossoms at Branch Brook Park in Newark. The trees were GORGEOUS and I love the color of Ryan’s dress. It complemented the scene perfectly! Or should I say, the scene complimented her. 🙂

I think Eric gave me the best compliment I’ve received from a groom-to-be. I didn’t get to meet Eric until the engagement session, so Eric didn’t realize that I wasn’t the traditional photographer. After a few sets of pictures he said something to the extent of “Wow, this isn’t boring, this is actually fun!”. I have to admit, I was thoroughly extatic at the statement. 🙂
