This week’s wedding venue highlight will be on Laurita Winery in New Egypt, New Jersey. I love photographing weddings here — its so beautiful any time of the year and you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden gem in NJ. There’s a perfect sunset location for pictures (or if you’re lucky, over looking the vineyard during your ceremony!) or twilight shots and everything in between. The food is great and the staff is some of the most pleasant people I’ve had the opportunity of working with.
If you’ve never been to Laurita, it’s open to the public as well so you can take go do a wine tasting or grab lunch at the deli and sit overlooking the vineyard (they host vineyard weddings as well as wedding receptions in the winery). It’s great for a date or just visiting if you’re engaged and seeing if maybe you’ll have a Laurita Winery Wedding!
