Ashley and Alejandro got married in the beautiful Liberty House Restaurant overlooking the New York City skyline. The view all day was phenomenal whether we were photographing in the venue or taking Liberty State park wedding photos. Ashley was all smiles in the morning while she got ready and dressed in her stunning Lazaro wedding gown. Each bridesmaid had a pink dress, alternating shades and designers like Alfred Angelo and Watters Pine. The bouquets consisted of peonies and roses with pops of light pinks. Alejandro’s calla lily boutineer complimented the brides flowers perfectly. The ceremony was intimate as guests gathered to witness the couple getting married. We took some amazing photos at my favorite place, Liberty State park and played around with some lighting using our surroundings. The reception followed and it was so elegant and chic - pink was definitely the wedding color of choice here! Congratulations Ashley and Alejandro! enJOY!

Don’t want to sound insensitive at all, but I wonder if the bride or groom sadly lost someone on Sept. 11? It would be really beautiful to have the wedding and take the pictures where they were. Otherwise I feel it’s in a little poor taste to take wedding pictures in a memorial.
